Pump & Grill 5th Edition

The fifth Pump & Grill event has come to an end. In glorious summer weather and an outside temperature of 25° Celsius, around 20 people came together for the Pump & Grill in Küsnacht.

This time Itay from Boardtales was there with his camera and, in addition to wonderful moving pictures, he also conducted a few interviews with some of us. As soon as the longer video is ready I will share it here in the blog.

Pietro also took some great photos which I am happy to share with you here.

And last but not least, Katrin passed her minute on Saturday and can now also show herself with the Wakethief cap. Congratulations Katrin!

These events, held once a month during the winter season, are designed to keep the spirits high and motivation flowing even in the colder months. We welcome everyone, regardless of skill level, to join us in this celebration of pumpfoiling.

Because it is difficult to get past the other lake users in summer, we have decided to limit the next event to the winter months. The next event will take place in November 2024 at the Ermitage in Küsnacht.

I started pumpfoiling in 2022 and it has quickly become one of my favorite watersports beside Stand Up Paddling. Living in Zurich, Switzerland gives me plenty of opportunities to hit the water and practice my skills. When I'm not on the water, I enjoy spending time with my family and pursuing my passion for aerial photography.
